Enrollment Due Dates

The enrollment due date is established to help students complete the admissions process in time for general registration. Students who submit all required documents by the enrollment due date can expect to be admitted to the college, have their transcripts evaluated in time to meet and advisor, and have the option to charge tuition and books to financial aid.

Steps to Meet the Enrollment Due Date

Students are encouraged to begin the enrollment process as early as possible. To meet the enrollment due date:

  • Submit your and no later than one month prior to the enrollment due date.
  • Submit all high school and college transcripts no later than two weeks prior to the enrollment due date.
  • Complete placement testing no later than the enrollment due date.
  • Submit all remaining financial aid verification or other required documents no later than the enrollment due date.
If You Miss the Enrollment Due Date

It may still be possible to complete the admissions process in time to register. However, processing times may increase significantly during registration periods. Students who do not meet the enrollment due date should:

  • Be prepared to pay tuition, fees, and books independently at the time of registration.
  • Bring official transcripts (sealed in an envelope) to Admissions, Registration, and Records, Wynn Center (Building 10), Room 10-201.
Final Admissions Deadline

The college accepts up to one week before late advising for the semester in which you plan to enroll. This is the final deadline for admission each semester.
